| You reach the path and enter the forest. There are small flowers alongside you, marking the way. Birds can be heard singing, though you don't necessarily see any. You wonder when you're going to find one of the many creatures supposedly living here... finally, you come to a clearing. There is no sign of anything... until you step into the very middle. At that point, two colorful unicorns come trotting through the trees. |

"Rising Sun," says the mare on the left by way of introduction. "And I'm Starbreeze," says her mate. We used to be in charge of portals to other worlds, but Saturn has given us this section of the forest now." "Welcome to the forest," says Rising Sun. "Not all the animals are quite like us, though a few are. Respect all of them, for some can be quite dangerous. Not all are sentient as we are, but a few may be. Other may just not want to talk. In any case, have a lovely day, but do be respectful." With that, the two resume a conversation they'd been having. |
