| You settle yourself into Paili's small kitchen. It's comfortable, very snug. It keeps the mist and the chill of the air out, and you content yourself with staring at the fire in the fireplace as Paili heats up the water for tea. After not too long, a soft mewing is heard at the door. Paili's eyes light up. "They're back," she exclaims, and rushes to open the heavy wooden door. Two feline forms dart in. One is reddish, with rather long fangs. Paili calls her Anarya. The other is slightly smaller, with an interesting tail and wings. Paili tells you his name is Rhun. |

"They often go exploring in the mist," Paili says, with a glance out of the small, round window on one side of the room. "Personally, while I like how out-of-the-way we are from just about everything, I don't stay out much when the mists are this thick." "They aren't always like this?" you question. "Oh, no," she replies. There's always a bit of mist around these parts, but sometimes it's just a small amount... enough to look very pretty with the sun filtering through it." You nod, and sit in silence for a while to enjoy the tea and the company of Paili and the Hunter Cats.
