| Continuing on, the path curves back away from the sandy desert-like area and to a more wooded area, though the trees are still fairly sparse. The unicorn stallion you'd just encountered had unsettled you, and you hope that the next occupant of these lands isn't quite so... hmm. Otherworldly, perhaps? You are relieved when a friendly voice calls out a greeting. You turn, and find a leagus stallion approaching. |

"Good day," he calls as he trots towards you. "Enjoying yourself while journeying through these lands?" "For the most part," you reply. "Glad to hear it." The leagus glances back in the direction you'd come from. "Visitors tend to have odd experiences in the land you've just come from, and from the look in your face, I take it you were no exception?" You nod, and the stallion smiles sympathetically. "By the way, visitor, I am Jarlath." He bows slightly, mane blowing slightly in a little breeze. "Welcome to my territory." You thank him, and he sniffs the air, turning his head to the east. "Continue along without worry, my territory is free of anything unsettling." With another little bow of his head, he runs off.
